Message From Our Founder

     As a Founder of Not Forgotten Inc. I have learned to focus on and work with psychosocial, psychological and physical aspect when it comes to aging in seniors. We develop and implement specialized care towards seniors and realize how critical and beneficial it can be for most. Compared to competing competencies we focus on clients by providing holistic care and that is our #1 priority. Our goal is to care for others how we would like to be treated. We focus on keys aspects of empathy, compassion, respect, therapeutic communication and many more. We teach seniors about aging and help everyone understand how to cope with patterns of growth and development and how it is part of normal aging. We focus on teaching seniors how the right positive mindset can benefit aging. Our goal is to put faith and hope back into there lives, by providing client centered care. 

     We learn so much from our clients realizing that this is a learning experience for them but also for us because we learn to understand different personalities, values, cultures and beliefs. It’s amazing to hear and listen to all the wisdom from our clients. We take clients for walks, appointments, groceries, hair dressers, medication reminders, showers, almost anything you can think of related medical and non medical care.

     Our main mission is to redefine and provide outstanding home care driven by caregivers who understand how to adapt to different cultures and factors that can affect care. Our caregivers understand the need to be compassionate, kind, empathetic, respectful, non judgmental when being a companion for assisted living. We do our best to keep the same caregiver in regularly to create a trusting and lasting relationship. We tailor our care and services to make it unique for our clients. We love to help and we have no problem helping out any clients in any possible way. Our caregivers are Personal Support Workers or Nurses who have deep understanding in senior care.

     We are consistent to the agreements we enter and the claims we make. We will keep our promises. Above all we believe communication is key and we will ensure that all loves ones are given means to have your voice heard and valued in decision making processes. We are accountable and we will listen. The safety of our clients is of paramount concern. We will task ourselves with implementing the appropriate health care plan to ensure safe and comfortable environment at home or wherever home may be.
